Manzil is the only Islamic mortgage option that i have seen where they ensure that even the funding that they are recieving is legitimately halal. Many “Islamic” organizations out there are borrowing money from banks/credit unions. Yes this will mean that its going to take longer for mortgage approval since funds are limited. With that being said, after patiently waiting for a couple of years, I am finally approved Alhumdulillah and will be purchasing a home within the next 3 months InshaAllah.
